With Margaret returning to Dell once more, Robbie needed somewhere to stay during the day. That place would be the Allan Grey; a day care located in a seniors' residence. Though the children are looked after by professional staff, many special activites feature the children and the seniors together.
After months of encouragement, followed by a couple more months of having given up on him, Robbie finally figured out how to sit up on his own. His techique for acheiving a sitting position is, well unique; he curls up in a ball with his face pressed to the floor, then does the splits (still with his face glued to the floor), then finally backs into a sitting position.
Margaret's second day home baby was Aidan (four months older than Robbie).
Margaret left her work at Dell to return to taking care of Robbie. In an effort to keep money flowing into the home she began providing a day home for children Robbie's age, the first of which was Matthew (two months older than Robbie).
During the last two weeks of April the Hendersons and especially Robbie were very, very sick. So much so that his 10 month day went by largely unnoticed and completely undocumented.
